Hello Kenton and Rebecca,
Thank you so much for your kind comment. I love how you write of having children as an adventure. What a lovely way to describe it - and what a wonderful adventure it is! As for finding fault with one's children - I know of no surer route to stress, and these days I try to be kinder to myself than that! I am so grateful for all the resources I have come across which have helped me move from old ways of thinking, and I am so pleased that you think this site can be a useful resource for others.

Dear Yvonne,

Thanks for introducing us to your site. As we consider the adventure of having children, it will be a resource that will help us navigate those unknown waters. We love your approach -- your realization that stresses and frustrations emerge out of our own expectations of how a situation should be. So often, it seems, parents are all to quick to find fault in their children, instead of seeing the children 'as they are' and dancing with each situation as it presents itself. Bravo for creating such a wonderful site and using the example of your own life to bring clarity to others!
